Brian Robinson Jr. looked like a solid running back in 2024 for the Washington Commanders, and while that’s true when he’s health and on the field, he’s dealt with injuries that have kept him out for three games this year.

Offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury navigated the game flow with balanced attack and play calling. While Austin Ekeler has turned back the clock after a trying 2023 season with the Los Angeles Chargers, he lacks the size to run between the tackles on obvious rushing plays. There is also a less-is-more aspect to his effectiveness.
