Less than a decade later, The Dreadful will see Turner play Anne, an outsider who lives with her mother-in-law on the fringes of society when her harsh and solitary life is suddenly upended by the presence of a man (Harington) from their past, who sets off a sequence of events that become a turning point for Anne.

Sophie Turner has opened up about her new film, admitting that it was ‘really weird’ to play lovers with her former Game of Thrones co-star. The Sansa Stark actress, 29, is set to reunite with Kit Harington – who played her onscreen ‘sibling’, Jon Snow – in Gothic horror movie The Dreadful, which is set in the 15th century.
