The embattled investor has been fighting the sentence but was ordered to report to jail in Austin related to a dispute with the Mitte Foundation.

Paul, an associate of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, will serve 10 days in the Travis County Jail starting on Nov. 15.

Embattled Austin real estate developer Nate Paul was ordered Friday to report to the Travis County Jail later this week to serve a 10-day criminal contempt-of-court sentence.

Nate Paul surrendered himself to the Travis County Sheriff's Office to begin a 10-day jail sentence for criminal contempt of court, after being found guilty of perjury and violating an injunction in a lawsuit against a charity.
