All evacuation levels for the Cold Springs Fire have been reduced to Level 1, signaling residents to "Be Ready." The affected areas include south of Highway 730 to Cold Springs Reservoir between Tabor Rd and Highway 37, Salmon Point west to Hat Rock, and north of Highway 37 to Juniper Canyon.
