The Minnesota Twins being down three starters didn't stop their available arms from staving off a potent Tampa Bay Rays offense en route to a series victory.

From there, the Twins turned it over to Griffin Jax and Jhoan Duran, who threw two scoreless innings. Duran pitched over a two-out double in the eighth inning, stranding a pair of runners on base (the other was intentionally walked) and in the ninth, he left a pair of runners in scoring position, a big escape that kept the game tied.

MINNEAPOLIS — The Rays got walked off for a second straight day Saturday, losing 6-5 to the Twins. Brooks Lee delivered the game-winning run on a squeeze bunt down the first-base line, scoring Byron Buxton from third. The bullpen let the Rays down for a second straight day.
