Samson's devastating hit in the 10th over off Tristan Stubbs sailed over the mid-wicket fence and struck a female fan on the face, leaving her injured and in tears during the fourth T20I in Johannesburg on Friday.

The incident happened in the second ball of the 10th over when the wicketkeeper-batter slog-swept Tristian Stubbs’ tossed for a second consecutive six.
