Husband Barry Morphew rearrested as authorities link him to animal tranquilizers found in wife Suzanne Morphew's bone marrow.

Today was the first time Morphew has appeared before a Colorado judge since his arrest in Arizona in late June. Morphew was in custody in jail clothes. He sat at the defense table next to his attorneys, David Beller and Jane Byrialsen. They are different lawyers than who represented Morphew in 2021.
