Russian engineers are manufacturing hundreds of decoy drones meant to overwhelm Ukrainian defences as cover for a horrific new weapon, an investigation has found.

By Vladimir Soldatkin and Guy Faulconbridge MOSCOW (Reuters) -Russian gas giant Gazprom continued to pump steady volumes of gas to Europe via Ukraine on Saturday, but supplies to Austrian energy company OMV were halted hours after Vienna said Russia had given notice it would cut off flows.

Russian Interfax news agency cited data from European gas pipeline operators as saying that gas exports from Russia via Ukraine were stable, while Austrian company OMV was not among the gas recipients.

Russia’s state-owned natural gas company Gazprom stopped supplies to Austria early Saturday, according to the Vienna-based utility OMV, after OMV said it would stop payments for the gas following an arbitration award.
